The Annual Gift-Giving Opportunity has begun at the Riverside Medical Clinic Foundation.
With the opening of the new Riverside Medical Clinic at 7117 Brockton Ave., Riverside, CA 92506, our Foundation has the opportunity to have a permanent Donor Tree at the Riverside Medical Clinic Foundation's “Dr. Herman H. Stone Medical Library”. By making a tax-deductible donation to the Riverside Medical Clinic Foundation you will be contributing to the continued success of the many exciting programs, activities, and services for better health through education our foundation provides to the community. The Roots recognize the Original Founding Sponsors
The Pond will recognize those who contribute $250 or more to the library in any one calendar year, and will recognize those who contributed $250 or more this year in memory of Dr. Herman H. Stone.
The Leaves will recognize donors who have given a total of $250 or more to all other Riverside Medical Clinic Foundation programs in a calendar year.
The Acorns are for those who contribute $500 or more within a calendar year.
The Branches are to those who contribute $1,000 or more within a calendar year.
The Stones are for the major gift donors who have given $2,500 or more in a calendar year
and will be recognized with the amount on the stone.
